Proton World had just built a new generation of smart card transaction processing system.
One of the subsystems didn't meet the performance and scalability requirements to process the millions of transactions.
They told us they needed to improve the performance of this subsystem, while maintaining the integrity and security of the system.
We worked with them to evaluate the architecture. Then we re-designed and refactored the implementation of the subsystem.
The new subsystem met all requirements and was able to process all the electronic purse transactions quickly and reliably.
